SHPC Attorney Gary D. Finley authored a special feature, "New EU data protection requirements pose challenges," which was published in the May 2018 issue of New England In-House (NEIH).

In this article, Gary discusses the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and how it "dictates how companies with no physical presence in the European Union must collect, store, process and destroy the personal data of EU citizens who work (or apply to work) outside the EU."
