The Firm successfully represented Long Ridge of Stamford ("Long Ridge") in this labor arbitration by obtaining a ruling that Long Ridge had just cause to discharge a certified nursing assistant with 13 years of experience for initiating a hostile confrontation with a manager that involved inappropriate language.
