Allison Cheney

Allison Cheney is an Attorney at Schwartz Hannum PC and a member of the Firm’s Labor and Employment and Education Practice groups.

Allison has broad litigation, alternative dispute resolution, and advisory experience across employment, class and collective actions and complex commercial matters spanning multiple jurisdictions. She advises employers on workplace policies and compliance issues including pay practices, discrimination allegations, termination, social media, DEI considerations, employee privacy and restrictive covenants.

Prior to joining the Firm, Allison was an Associate at Jones Day in Boston, MA. While in law school she served as a Senior Editor of the Boston College Law Review and was a Top 3 Oralist and Semifinalist at Grimes Moot Court. She has also served as an Intern at the Trial Division of the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office and the Employment Division at the Federal Aviation Administration.
