The New Massachusetts Paid Family And Medical Leave Law: What To Expect And How To Prepare

What do Massachusetts employers need to do to get ready for the new Massachusetts Paid Family and Medical Leave law (“PFML”)? Particularly in light of the fact that starting July 1, 2019, employers must begin paying contributions to the state’s paid family and medical leave fund.

In this interactive seminar, experienced counsel will lead attendees through the nuts and bolts of the new paid leave law, and how it is likely to impact the workplace, in conjunction with other laws governing leaves of absence.
