Schwartz Hannum PC was founded in 1995 by Sara Goldsmith Schwartz, and, as a thriving woman-owned business, has become labor and employment counsel to businesses and non-profit organizations locally, regionally and nationally. The Firm is committed to achieving each client's goals as effectively and efficiently as possible.

In 2006, the Firm received certification as a woman-owned business enterprise (WBE) through the Commonwealth of Massachusetts' State Office of Minority and Women Business Assistance (SOMWBA), as well as the Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC). The Firm is the only labor and employment law firm in Massachusetts to receive these certifications.
