Paul Dubois received his law degree from Northeastern University School of Law. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia, cum laude, where he majored in Political Science and Speech Communication.
Prior to joining the Firm, Paul worked with the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination, where he investigated complaints of employment discrimination, and with the United States Department of Labor, where he counseled on federal labor and employment-related laws. Paul also worked at the law firms Sandulli Grace, PC, and Black & Bynoe.
Paul has advised clients on a broad range of labor and employment matters, including employment-related agreements, compensation issues, employee relations issues, corporate downsizings, affirmative action programs and compliance with federal and state employment statutes. Paul's experience includes representing employers on matters such as discrimination, harassment, wage and contract claims and labor arbitrations.
Paul is a member of the Bar of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. He is a member of the Boston and Massachusetts Bar Associations.
