Schwartz Hannum PC Is Thrilled To Announce That Sarah H. Fay Has Joined The Firm

[March 13, 2015]  Sarah H. Fay received her Juris Doctor Degree from New England Law | Boston, where she received the New England Scholar Award for academic excellence. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia.

Prior to joining the Firm, Sarah was an intern at the United States Attorney’s Office in Boston, Massachusetts where she researched and drafted dismissal motions for employment discrimination claims. She also served as a judicial intern for the Massachusetts Superior Court’s Honorable Judge Elizabeth M. Fahey.  Sarah works with the Firm’s school and education clients on a variety of matters, including comprehensive faculty agreements, school nurse guidelines, “Birthday Packages” for students 18 and older, parental comportment expectations, and tuition collection matters. Sarah has significant research experience on some of the hot topics involving students, such as LGBT youth in schools, traumatic head injuries for student athletes, accommodating service animals on campus, and school emergency response plans for students suffering from allergic reactions and sudden heart failure. Sarah is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the State of Rhode Island.
